Spring Vale Garden Village, Darwen- reasonable BTL investment for nervous landlords

Well, Procters Darwen put this nice three bed semi, up SpringVale, on the market for sale last week for £124,950.

Not the greatest yield, but properties have risen by 71% in the last 11 years .. not bad for Darwen!

Don't hang about on this one .. I have a good feeling about this one!

Hi and thank you for visiting this blog. I have been in the Darwen Property market for many years, owning and running, with my excellent colleagues, our estate agency and lettings agency in Darwen.
